1945 Il Cavalier Giacomo Giunti fonda un'azienda artigiana, rivolgendosi al mercato dell'irrigazione agricola
1972 Viene realizzata da Pietro Giunti –figlio del Cavaliere- una seconda fabbrica
1978 Il numero delle sedi produttive sale a 4
1980 Il giovane Pietro Giunti diventa Presidente della società capofila
1983 Nasce il Gruppo Giunti, che in seguito raggrupperà 10 Società operanti nell'irrigazione, ricerca, costruzioni, informazione e ricettività
1990 Viene inaugurata la prima Società per l'irrigazione in Francia
2000-2001 Vengono rilevate o partecipate affermate Aziende specializzate in articoli idrotecnici ed irritronici
2003-2004 Si acquisiscono partecipazioni di Società operanti nell'irrigazione situate in USA ed Argentina
2004 Acquisizione del brand Valducci
2009 Viene installato un secondo impianto verticale di zincatura a caldo completamente automatizzato
Giugno 2014 In collaborazione con l'Università Politecnica delle Marche e le Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia viene completato il progetto di "Studio e sviluppo di una tecnologia altamente innovativa per l'ottenimento di nano particelle applicabili in industria"
Settembre 2014 Presentazione nuova serie Filtri Irritronici G3
Novembre 2014 Viene presentato il nuovo portale web, un approccio cooperative mode con tutti i partners

OWNERSHIP The Group management conducts business with the same unaltered excitement that has always distinguished the first generation of the Giunti family
ACTIVITIES The group activities are turning into different markets: industrial, real estate and technology, making excellence our main feature
TURNOVER During the 2013, the aggregate turnover of the Group was approximately EUR 85 million and almost 40 of which in the field of irrigation.
EMPLOYEES The group currently employs approximately 130 collaborators
ECONOMIC EVALUATIONS The strong presence of its companies in the yearbook “Best Companies Economic Yearbook”, including the 3 STARS rank achieved by the Giunti S.p.A. in 2013, is a reason of pride for the group. French company Gival has been recognized for the current year with the "G3 cotation ++" (Excellent) by the Banque de France
TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS Giunti S.p.A. holds several international patents, and many of its products are guaranteed by the registered trademark.
FLAGS IN THE WORLD Giunti exports in over 70 nations, and makes use of two technical-commercial organizations, many distribution centers and affiliates which means a direct and constant presence in key markets.
